Toll Schedules definition

Toll Schedules means Toll Schedule Firm Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Firm Receipt Service, Toll Schedule Firm Delivery Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service and Toll Schedule Term Park and Loan Service, all as may be amended from time to time, and "Toll Schedule" means any one of them.

Examples of Toll Schedules in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise agreed to by Carrier and all Shippers on a Pipeline System, these Rules and Regulations shall apply only to the Toll Schedules making specific reference to these Rules and Regulations and to the respective Pipeline Systems in respect thereof.

  • The nomination of deliveries under all Toll Schedules to commence on the first Day of any Nomination Period shall be submitted to Pipeline no later than the time specified in the nomination timeline below, or such lesser period as is acceptable to Pipeline, prior to the first Day of the Nomination Period.

  • The T-1 Service Agreement, T1 and OT-1 Toll Schedules, the T-1 GT&C, the List of Tolls, and the rights and obligations of the parties are subject to all present and future laws, rules, regulations, and orders of any legislative body or duly constituted authority now or hereafter having jurisdiction over the subject matter thereof.

  • The educational specialist's fees shall be borne equally between the parties.

  • Except where the context expressly states otherwise the following terms and abbreviations, when used in these General Terms and Conditions for Service, the Toll Schedules for Service and the Transportation Service Agreements, shall be construed to have the following meanings: The term “Company” shall mean FortisBC Huntingdon Inc.

  • These General Terms and Conditions and the List of Tolls are incorporated in and are a part of the Company's TS, SGT, BGT, AND BGT2 Toll Schedules and applicable Gas Service Contracts.
