  • Any public announcements regarding the transactions contemplated hereby shall be made only with the mutual consent of Sellers and Buyer, except (i) as required by law or the rules of the New York Stock Exchange (in which event Sellers will be notified before such announcement is made) and (ii) Sellers shall be permitted to announce the sale after the Closing to the trade and, in each Seller's discretion, to publish a so-called "Tombstone" advertisement.
