Examples of Top 10 Customers in a sentence
To the knowledge of the Company, (i) from December 31, 2003 to the date hereof, none of the Top 10 Customers has indicated in writing that it will stop or materially decrease purchasing materials, products or services from the Company, and (ii) since December 31, 2003, none of the Top 10 Suppliers has indicated in writing that it will stop or materially decrease the supply of materials, products or services to the Company, or impose conditions or credit limits on the Company.
None of the Top 10 Customers has notified the Seller in writing that it intends to terminate, cancel or otherwise materially adversely modify its business relationship with the Seller in any material respect.

Except as disclosed in Section 5.23 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, since December 31, 2020, no Top 10 Customer has cancelled, terminated, reduced or altered (including any material reduction in the rate or amount of purchases, as the case may be) its business relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, and the Company has not received written or, to the knowledge of the Company, oral notice from any of the Top 10 Customers stating the intention of such Person to do so.
Except as disclosed on Section 4.23 of the Company Disclosure Schedule: (a) none of the Company Top 10 Customers or Company Top 10 Suppliers are Affiliates of the Company; (b) none of the material properties or assets of the Company are owned by or leased to any Affiliates of the Company; (c) no Affiliate of the Company is a party to any Material Contract.
Except as described on Schedule 3.21, the Company has not received any written notice that any Top 10 Customers plans or has threatened to stop or materially decrease the rate of business done with the Company.
