Topical Administration means the topical administration, whether through ointments, gels, creams, lotions, or other similar formulations, of a pharmaceutical product, including administration directly to the external epidermis, dermis, mucous membrane or the eye of a subject, but excluding intrapulmonary administration and intranasal administration.
