  • An illustrative example of TOT Revenue sharing described in this Section 4.01 is attached hereto as Exhibit G.

  • Developer shall pay to City the TOT Revenue generated during each quarter no later than 30 days after the end of each such quarter, and City shall pay Developer its share of TOT Revenue for each such quarter in accordance with and subject to Section 4.01 within 10 business days thereafter.
