Total Acreage means the total number of acres within the property lines of the proposed site. Section 11.2 Purpose: These regulations were written with careful thought and reasonable consideration to the character of this community. These regulations are adopted pursuant to the authority granted by Chapter 40A of the M.G.L.   • Adjusted Asset Value means, as of a given date, the sum of EBITDA attributable to malls, power centers and all other assets for the trailing four (4) quarters most recently ended, divided by (iii) 7.75%. In determining Adjusted Asset Value:

  • Partnership Percentage means a percentage established for each partner on the Partnership' books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Partnership Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period shall be determined by dividing the amount of the Partner's capital account as of the beginning of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the capital accounts of all of the Partners as of the beginning of the fiscal Period. The sum of the Partnership Percentage for each fiscal Period shall equal one hundred percent (100%).

  • Current Assessed Value means the assessed value of the District certified by the municipal assessor as of April 1st of each year that the District remains in effect.

  • Total After-Tax Payments means the total of all “parachute payments” (as that term is defined in Section 280G(b)(2) of the Code) made to or for the benefit of the Executive (whether made hereunder or otherwise), after reduction for all applicable federal taxes (including, without limitation, the tax described in Section 4999 of the Code).
