Total Available Cash definition

Total Available Cash means, in the aggregate, the Available Cash from Temporary Investments, the Available Cash from Operations, and the Available Cash from Capital Transactions.
Total Available Cash means, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at any date, an amount equal to the Consolidated sum of cash plus cash equivalents, including without limitation money market investments, less $10,000,000; provided, however, in no event shall the amount be less than zero (0)."
