Total Construction Cost definition

Total Construction Cost means the Total Construction Cost (Line 55) from Form 3 Development Budget less any of the following costs that if included within Line 55: 1) Governmental Permits and Fees including Impact Fees and Utility Fees; 2) Builders Risk Insurance (Line 44); 3) all bonds including Payment and Performance Bonds and Public Improvement Bonds (Line 44).

Examples of Total Construction Cost in a sentence

  • A Line Extension is speculative when, in the Company's reasonable opinion there is doubt: (1) as to the continued use, or the level of use, of the new Line Extension by the Customer; or (2) as to the Company's recovery of the Total Construction Cost for a polyphase Line Extension if a Capacity Adjusted Cost is applied.

  • For Line Extensions over 2,500 feet, a Customer shall pay the Company a contribution in aid of construction ("CIAC") equal to the amount by which the Total Construction Cost of the Line Extension beyond 2,500 feet exceeds the Customer's Revenue Guarantee Contribution for the first three (3) year period after the Line Extension is completed.
