Total contractual value definition

Total contractual value means the cumulative amount to be paid or reasonably estimated to be paid over the entire term of the public-private partnership agreement between the local government or local governments and the private partner or private partners in consideration of the performance of the private partner or partners.

  • Residual Value means the proceeds, less removal and disposal costs, if any, realized upon disposition of a tangible capital asset. It usually is measured by the net proceeds from the sale or other disposition of the asset, or its fair value if the asset is traded in on another asset. The estimated residual value is a current forecast of the residual value.

  • Applicable Contract any Contract (a) under which the Company has or may acquire any rights, (b) under which the Company has or may become subject to any obligation or liability, or (c) by which the Company or any of the assets owned or used by it is or may become bound.
