Total Contract Price means the total set out in "Tender Document Form: Contract Prices".
Actual Value means the greenhouse gas emissions savings for some or all of the steps of a specific biofuel, bioliquid or biomass fuel production process, calculated in accordance with the methodology laid down in Part C of Annex V or Part B of Annex VI;
Standard Contractual Clauses means the clauses attached hereto as Exhibit 1 pursuant to the European Commission’s decision (C(2010)593) of 5 February 2010 on Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection.
Original contract price means the award price of the contract; or, for requirements contracts, the price payable for the estimated total quantity; or, for indefinite-quantity contracts, the price payable for the specified minimum quantity. Original contract price does not include the price of any options, except those options exercised at the time of contract award.
Total Contract Value means contract value plus statutory dues like GST etc. and any other amount payable under contract.
EU Standard Contractual Clauses means: (i) the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission on 4th June 2021 or (ii) such other standard contractual clauses that are approved by the European Commission for Controller to Processor transfers of Personal Data to a third country which has not received an EU Adequacy Decision (and are subsequently incorporated into the DPA). GDPR means the EU General Data Protection Regulation being Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Total contract dollars means the final anticipated dollar value, including the dollar value of all options.
Original Contract means the initial contract or price agreement solicited and awarded during a cooperative procurement by an administering contracting agency.
Contractual Delivery Date means the stipulated date on which the contractor shall attain
Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
Total Value means either the fair market value or the actual price paid for a covered animal part or product, whichever is greater.
Qualified Financial Contract means a qualified financial contract as defined in 12 U.S.C. Section 1821(e)(8)(D).
Lease Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the Equity Balance (if same has not been paid as of such date)
Annual Contract Value or “ACV” means the net subscription fee for one (1) year as defined in the Order Form for a specific Customer.
Original contractor means a person, including an owner-builder, that contracts with an owner to provide preconstruction service or construction work.
Transaction Value means the actual contract value (the bid sum or price) in South African currency, inclusive of all applicable taxes in respect of the goods, services or construction works that are contracted for.
Capitalization Value means, at any time, the sum (without duplication) of:
Termination Value means, in respect of any one or more Hedging Agreements, after taking into account the effect of any legally enforceable netting agreement relating to such Hedging Agreements, (a) for any date on or after the date such Hedging Agreements have been closed out and termination value(s) determined in accordance therewith, such termination value(s), and (b) for any date prior to the date referenced in clause (a), the amount(s) determined as the xxxx-to-market value(s) for such Hedging Agreements, as determined based upon one or more mid-market or other readily available quotations provided by any recognized dealer in such Hedging Agreements (which may include a Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender).
Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
Swap Termination Value means, in respect of any one or more Swap Contracts, after taking into account the effect of any legally enforceable netting agreement relating to such Swap Contracts, (a) for any date on or after the date such Swap Contracts have been closed out and termination value(s) determined in accordance therewith, such termination value(s), and (b) for any date prior to the date referenced in clause (a), the amount(s) determined as the xxxx-to-market value(s) for such Swap Contracts, as determined based upon one or more mid-market or other readily available quotations provided by any recognized dealer in such Swap Contracts (which may include a Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender).
Maximum Contract Value means the amount specified in the "Limitation of Expenditure" clause set out in the Contract; and
Financial Contract of a Person means (i) any exchange-traded or over-the-counter futures, forward, swap or option contract or other financial instrument with similar characteristics or (ii) any Rate Management Transaction.
Residual Value means the proceeds, less removal and disposal costs, if any, realized upon disposition of a tangible capital asset. It usually is measured by the net proceeds from the sale or other disposition of the asset, or its fair value if the asset is traded in on another asset. The estimated residual value is a current forecast of the residual value.
Applicable Contract any Contract (a) under which the Company has or may acquire any rights, (b) under which the Company has or may become subject to any obligation or liability, or (c) by which the Company or any of the assets owned or used by it is or may become bound.
Worst Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the lowest Underlying Reference Value for any Underlying Reference in the Basket in respect of such SPS Valuation Date.
Original Value The lesser of (a) the Appraised Value of a Mortgaged Property at the time the related Mortgage Loan was originated and (b) if the Mortgage Loan was made to finance the acquisition of the related Mortgaged Property, the purchase price paid for the Mortgaged Property by the Mortgagor at the time the related Mortgage Loan was originated.
