Total Contribution Amount definition

Total Contribution Amount means, as of any date, the Contribution Amount, as increased or decreased by any Contribution Adjustment Amounts specified on an amended Cover Page of this Contract through the most recent Amendment Date.

Total Contribution Amount means the amount specified as such on the Cover Page of this Contract.

Upon the expiration of each such period, Cincinnati Xxxx shall prepare a written invoice and submit same to County together with any other supporting documentation reasonably requested by County, (collectively, the “Payment Application”). Within thirty (30) days after County’s receipt of each Payment Application, County will pay undisputed portions of the Total Contribution Amount then due with immediately available funds by wire transfer to an account specified by Cincinnati Xxxx. In the event that County disputes any amount set forth on a Payment Application, County shall notify Cincinnati Xxxx in writing setting forth the amount withheld from such Payment Application and a reasonable description of the rationale for the withholding. Cincinnati Xxxx shall promptly cure the underlying cause for any such withholding and, upon curing such underlying cause, may include amounts of the Total Contribution Amount with respect thereto with the next Payment Application, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties in writing.

Total Contribution Amount means the sum of (i) the Aggregate Class E Capital Amount, plus (ii) the Class I Contribution Amount, plus (iii) the Class J Contribution Amount, plus (iv) the Class K Contribution Amount.
