All such DDTLs in the aggregate shall not exceed the Total DDTL Commitment.

Each of the Lenders and the Borrowers agree that, for federal income Tax purposes, the principal amount of each of such Lender’s Delayed Draw Term Loans is equal to such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the Total DDTL Commitment with respect to each such Delayed Draw Term Loan.
