Total Face Amount. Total Face Amount is the sum of the Base Policy Face Amount as shown on the Policy Schedule plus any endorsements or riders attached to the Policy that provide additional life insurance coverage on the Insured. If no additional endorsement or riders attach to the Policy, then the Total Face Amount and Base Policy Face Amount will be the same.
Total Face Amount means, at any particular time, the aggregate Face Amount of all Documentary Credits which have been issued and are outstanding.

  • Maximum Face Amount means, with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the face amount of such Letter of Credit including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.
