Total Facility D1 Commitments definition
Total Facility D1 Commitments means the aggregate of the Facility D1 Commitments, being (i) $377,013,090.91 at the date of the 2017 Facilities Agreement, and (ii) $17,483,400.00 as at the 2019 Amendment Effective Date.
Total Facility D1 Commitments means the aggregate for the time being of the Facility D1 Commitments, being €109,371,094 on the Signing Date.
Total Facility D1 Commitments means the aggregate of the Facility D1 Commitments, being US$26,550,000 at the date of this Agreement.
