Total Limit definition

Total Limit shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.5 hereof.
Total Limit is defined in Section 3(d).
Total Limit has the meaning given to it in Section 30.3(g).

Examples of Total Limit in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Piggy-Back Registration effected pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof shall not be counted as a demand for an Underwritten Shelf Takedown under Section 2.1 hereof and shall not count toward the Yearly Limit or the Total Limit.
