Total Limit definition

Total Limit shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.5 hereof.
Total Limit means the aggregate sum of the Obligor Limits not exceeding USD 100.00 million.
Total Limit is defined in Section 3(d).

Related to Total Limit

  • Annual Limit means the maximum amount claimable per person in a calendar year, unless otherwise stated.

  • Total Liquidity means, at any date of determination, the sum of (i) Cash Liquidity plus (ii) unencumbered Investment Securities; provided, that “Total Liquidity” and associated components thereof shall be determined without regard to the effects of consolidation of any issuer of a Specified Third Party Securitization on the financial statements of Guarantor under Accounting Standards Codification Section 810, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, or otherwise under GAAP.

  • Sell Limit expects to open a position to sell at a higher quote then the current one at the moment of an order placement. The following orders may be used to close a position:

  • Annual limit on intake or "ALI" means the derived limit for the amount of radioactive material taken into the body of an adult worker by inhalation or ingestion in a year. ALI is the smaller value of intake of a given radionuclide in a year by the reference man that would result in a committed effective dose equivalent of 0.05 sievert (five rem) or a committed dose equivalent of 0.5 sievert (fifty rem) to any individual organ or tissue.   • Maximum Availability means, as of any date of determination, the difference of (i) the Facility Amount minus (ii) the balance of all unfunded Advances approved but not yet funded minus (iii) the Aggregate Unfunded Amount plus (iv) all amounts on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account, each as of such date of determination.
