On the Rental Agreement Date and on the first day of each month Resident shall pay to Owner the Total Monthly Rent (“Rent”) specified in Addendum A, plus the amount of all sales, use or transaction privilege taxes or other charges that may be levied by any government body on the rental of the Residence or the receipt of the Rent.
The Court Appearance Fee shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the Total Monthly Rent, and said Fee shall be in addition to late fees, court costs, attorney's fees, and any other monetary damages or costs arising under the terms of this Agreement.

After that, You agree to pay Us the Total Monthly Rent listed in Paragraph 1(G), said amount being the sum of the base rent plus any additional rents minus any scheduled discounts.
It is acknowledged that newly-appointed representatives may require more time for training in their first year.
Should Resident desire to terminate their tenancy at the premises at any time prior to the ending date of the lease term stated in Paragraph 1(B), Resident specifically understands and agrees that, in addition to any other remedies available to Lessor under this Agreement, Resident shall be liable to Lessor for the Total Monthly Rent that accrues through (i) the date the premises are re-rented to another tenant OR (ii) the end of the lease term, whichever event occurs first.
This Agreement, as well as all addenda to this government entity, the Complaint Filing Fee will be $15.00 or 5% of Your share of Total Monthly Rent, whichever is higher.
