Total Nominated Consumption definition

Total Nominated Consumption means the aggregate quantity of Gas which is estimated will be consumed on each Site in each Supply Period.
Total Nominated Consumption means the aggregate quantity of gas which the National Grid estimates (using its reasonable endeavours) that will be consumed on each Site in each Supply Period as specified overleaf. ‘Transporter’ means National Grid and any other person authorised to supply Gas through pipes pursuant to the terms of the Gas Act 1986 with whom Crown Gas & Power has a contract for transportation of Gas sold hereunder.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Back Ordered Products If product is not expected to ship within the time provided to the TIPS Member by the Vendor, the Member is to be notified within 3 business days and appropriate action taken based on customer request.
