Total Notional Quantity definition

Total Notional Quantity means, in respect of a Transaction or a party, the sum of the Notional Quantities per Calculation Period for all the Calculation Periods in respect of that Transaction or that party.
Total Notional Quantity means the sum of all Notional Quanti- ties; - „Höchstdauer der Marktstörung“ ist die im Einzelabschluss ver- einbarte Anzahl an Rohwarengeschäftstagen oder – mangels ei- ner solchen Vereinbarung – fünf Rohwarengeschäftstage; - „Maximum Market Disruption Time” is the number of Commodity Business Days agreed in the Terms of the Transaction or, in the absence of such agreement, five Commodity Business Days.
