Total Return Swap Transaction definition

Total Return Swap Transaction means, in respect of a Reference Asset, a total return swap transaction substantially on the terms set out in Appendix A hereto (being terms that are applicable as at the Effective Date of this Asset Swap Confirmation) subject to such amendments as the Calculation Agent determines are necessary in its sole and absolute discretion to take into account market practice as at the relevant Linked Transaction Effective Date.
