Total Service Pool Points shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(a)(i) of this Agreement.
Total service means all service as a teacher or nonteacher while a member of the
Service Point the place at which the Services are to be performed.
Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.
Focal point means the entity of a Party referred to in Article 5 responsible for receiving and submitting information as provided for in Articles 13 and 16;
Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.
Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.
Total Servicing Fee means the sum of the Basic Servicing Fee and the Supplemental Servicing Fee.
Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;
Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.
Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.
Service Payment has the meaning given to it in clause 9.1;
Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.
Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;
Meet-Point Billing or "MPB" or "Jointly Provided Switched Access" or "JPSA" refers to an arrangement whereby two (2) or more Telecommunications Carriers including an ILEC, CLEC or CMRS carrier receive traffic in the same LATA that the call is to be terminated in or originated from, and jointly provide Switched Access Service to an Interexchange Carrier, with each ILEC, CLEC or CMRS carrier receiving an appropriate share of the revenues from the IXC as defined by their effective Switched Access Tariffs or, if applicable, CMRS contract.
