Total Swingline Exposure definition

Total Swingline Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate of the U.S. Swingline Exposure and the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of the Canadian Swingline Exposure at such time. The Total Swingline Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the Total Swingline Exposure at such time.
