Total Utility Plant definition

Total Utility Plant. ’ shall mean the amount constituting the total utility plant of the Borrower computed in accordance with RUS Accounting Requirements.
Total Utility Plant means the amount constituting the total utility plant (gross) of the Borrower computed in accordance with Accounting Requirements.
Total Utility Plant means, at any time, the total Utility Plant of the Company which would be shown on a consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries as of such time prepared in accordance with GAAP.
