Total Weekly Fee definition
Total Weekly Fee means the total weekly fee for Services and Nursing Services (if applicable) as set out in Schedule 1.

We will not increase our Total Weekly Fee by more than 6.5 % per year unless clause 8.2.4 applies.
The Total Weekly Fee will continue to be paid for up to seven (7) days after your death unless the Room is vacated before then (or longer, if we agree with your representative that they want longer to clear the Room).
You will need to pay the increased or decreased Total Weekly Fee from the date on which the increase or decrease will take effect, unless you terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 13 prior to the date on which the increase or decrease will take effect, in which case the increase or decrease will not be applied.
