Touchstone Governing Documents definition

Touchstone Governing Documents has the meaning specified in paragraph 4.3(a).
Touchstone Governing Documents means the By-laws of LG Investment Trust as amended through April 5, 1989 and the Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated May 19, 1993, as amended through November 17, 2011, as they may be amended from time to time.
Touchstone Governing Documents has the meaning specified in paragraph 4.3(a). "Transfer Documents" has the meaning specified in paragraph 6.2(e). "Valuation Time" has the meaning specified in paragraph 2.5.

  • New Corporate Governance Documents means the certificate of incorporation, certificate of formation, bylaws, limited liability company agreements, shareholder agreement (if any), operating agreement or other similar organizational or formation documents, as applicable, of the Reorganized Debtors, each of which shall be acceptable to the Debtors, the Requisite Consenting Creditors, and the Equity Committee (subject to the parties’ rights and obligations under the RSA).
