Tour Price definition

Tour Price means the total amount payable by You for the Tour. It includes the Booking Deposit.
Tour Price means the price mentioned in the Tour Price Grid on the website/ mobile application/ sms/ email/ Whatsapp/ brochure / E-brochure/ leaflet/ advertisements on print, electronic and social media etc. which is to be paid by guests for booking the tour. Taxes, surcharges, if any, are payable over and above the Tour Price.
Tour Price means the total amount of money paid by the tour par­ ticipant to the tour operator for the inclusive tour.

Tour Price. INCLUDES: Scheduled transfers, local transportation per the itinerary, and accommodations from the time of meeting, 10:00am, at Holiday Inn Express San Francisco Airport South on June 22, 2025 (Tour start date) until return to the Holiday Inn Express San Francisco Airport South, by approximately 7pm, June 28, 2025 (Tour end date). Accommodations: Single or shared tents for the duration of the Tour. The Himalayan Institute® (the "Tour Organizer") reserves the right to substitute accommodations as it deems necessary. Meals: 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 dinners will be provided beginning with lunch on June 23, 2025 and ending with breakfast on June 28, 2025. All meals are vegetarian and may include eggs and dairy. Consult in advance with Tour Organizer about health-related special dietary needs, however, the Tour Organizer is unable to ensure meals for special dietary needs. Bottled water or boiled and filtered water will be provided for the duration of the Tour. Gear: backpacks, sleeping bags, tents, pads, trekking poles, and eating utensils will be provided at no extra cost and fitted on the morning of June 23, 2025 of the excursion.   • Reference Share Price means, on any day, the closing price of a Reference Share on the primary exchange on which the Reference Share is traded, as reported by such exchange, provided that if the primary exchange on which a particular Reference Share is traded is not open for trading on that day, if there is no closing price on that day or if there is a market disruption event affecting such Reference Share on that day, the closing price on the immediately preceding day on which such exchange is open for trading (and for which there is a closing price and no market disruption event) will be used, except if this occurs on the Issue Date or an Average Valuation Date, in which case the closing price on the immediately following day on which such exchange is open for trading (and for which there is a closing price and no market disruption event) will be used, up to a maximum postponement of five Business Days. If the closing of the primary exchange, the absence of a closing price or the market disruption event should last for five Business Days, the closing price of the relevant Reference Share will be a price determined on such fifth Business Day by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion and in good faith using market-accepted practices.

  • Strip Price means, at any time, (a) for the remainder of the then-current calendar year, the average NYMEX Pricing for the remaining months in such calendar year, (b) for each of the succeeding three complete calendar years, the average NYMEX Pricing for the twelve months in each such calendar year, and (c) for the succeeding fourth complete calendar year and each calendar year thereafter, the average NYMEX pricing for the twelve months in such fourth calendar year.

  • Tender Price means the amount stipulated by the Tenderer in the space provided therefor in the Form of Tender, including all applicable taxes, which price, for greater certainty, is the Tenderer’s proposed Contract Price to complete all of the Work; and

  • Cash sale price means the price of a good or service a retail buyer would pay if he or she paid for the good or service in cash, and that is stated in a retail installment contract or in a sales slip or other memorandum furnished by a retail seller to a retail buyer pursuant to a retail charge agreement for that good or service. The cash sale price may include any taxes and charges for delivery, installation, servicing, repairs, alterations, or improvements.

  • Discounted Market Price of Shares means, if the Shares are listed only on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Market Price less the maximum discount permitted under the TSX Policy applicable to Options.

  • Per Share Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Market Price as of any date, (i) means the average of the last reported sale prices for the shares of Common Stock on the OTCBB for the five (5) Trading Days immediately preceding such date as reported by Bloomberg, or (ii) if the OTCBB is not the principal trading market for the shares of Common Stock, the average of the last reported sale prices on the principal trading market for the Common Stock during the same period as reported by Bloomberg, or (iii) if market value cannot be calculated as of such date on any of the foregoing bases, the Market Price shall be the fair market value as reasonably determined in good faith by (a) the Board of Directors of the Company or, at the option of a majority-in-interest of the holders of the outstanding Warrants by (b) an independent investment bank of nationally recognized standing in the valuation of businesses similar to the business of the corporation. The manner of determining the Market Price of the Common Stock set forth in the foregoing definition shall apply with respect to any other security in respect of which a determination as to market value must be made hereunder.
