Tourism Zone definition

Tourism Zone as means the Fox Cities Tourism Zone, established pursuant to the Commission Agreement and the Room Tax Act, encompassing the Municipalities and any neighboring municipalities.
Tourism Zone as means the Fox Cities Tourism Zone, established pursuant to the Commission Agreement and the Room Tax Act, encompassing the Municipalities party to the Commission Agreement and any additional neighboring municipalities to become party to the Commission Agreement.

Tourism Zone has the meaning as defined in Sec. 66.0615, Wis. Stats. as being an area made up of two or more municipalities that, those municipalities agree, is a single tourism destination as perceived by the traveling public.
