Tournament Events definition

Tournament Events means an individual event in a Championship.
Tournament Events means an individual event of the Tournament in Region.

  • Media Entrance: Members of the media must display current DIAA Media credentials to gain access to all State Tournament Events.

  • Press Area: A designated press area will be made available for members of the media to view and report on State Tournament Events when available or possible.

  • DIAA credentials are only valid for DIAA State Tournament Events.

  • Each Championship will be divided into Tournament Events, each with the opportunity to earn Points toward qualifying to compete in the EUROPEAN TEKKEN CUP Finals, as described below.

  • The Championship will be divided into different Tournament Events to earn Points toward qualifying to TEKKEN BENELUX CHAMPIONSHIP finals.

Related to Tournament Events

  • Load Management Event means a) a single temporally contiguous dispatch of Demand Resources in a Compliance Aggregation Area during an Operating Day, or b) multiple dispatches of Demand Resources in a Compliance Aggregation Area during an Operating Day that are temporally contiguous.

  • Banquet Event Order or “BEO” means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Enforcement Event means an Event of Default.

  • Relevant Event means any Termination Event or any Mandatory Prepayment Event or any event which after the giving of notice or lapse of time or the satisfaction of any other condition (or any combination thereof) would constitute a Termination Event or a Mandatory Prepayment Event;

  • Potential Adjustment Event means any of the following:

  • Significant Event means any Amortization Event or Event of Default.

  • Adjustment Event means each of the following events:

  • Special Events means sports complex events, City of Philadelphia events, weather, and other events that have been or are identified as such by the RTMC.

  • Events means an action or occurrence, at any given location within the Authorized System that causes a Collection System Overflow. An Event ends when there is no recurrence of a CSO or SSO in the Collection System at the same location in the 12-hour period following the last Collection System Overflow.

  • Extraordinary Adjustment Event means any of the following events as they relate to the Reference In- strument:

  • Index Adjustment Event means, in respect of the Index, an Administrator/Benchmark Event, an Index Cancellation, an Index Disruption or an Index Modification.

  • Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond WRAS’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks [or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
