TOW VEHICLE definition

TOW VEHICLE hereinafter referred to shall mean any motor vehicle and/or related equipment subject to registration in the State of Arkansas which is used to tow, recover, upright, transport or otherwise facilitate the movement of vehicles on public roadways.

TOW VEHICLE means only those vehicles equipped with a boom or booms, winches, slings, tilt beds, wheel lifts or under-reach equipment specifically designed by the manufacture for the removal or transport of motor vehicles.
