towed equipment definition
towed equipment means mobile machinery designed to be towed by a vehicle and intended to perform work having at least one axle and wheels or endless tracks or a combination of wheels and endless tracks and that does not fall within the scope of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013, Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 or Regulation (EU) 2018/858.
