Tower Common Portions definition

Tower Common Portions means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Part - I of Clause 48 which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Allottee/Purchasers of the Units in the Tower;
Tower Common Portions means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule 9 which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other allottees of the Units in the Tower;

  • In the event the Advisory Body recommends that the maintenance, management and upkeep of the Township Common Portions, Zonal Common Portions and/ or the Tower Common Portions is to be carried out by an association of all the owners of the several portions of the Satellite Township, then the Transferee shall become a member of such an association and par take in its affairs in the manner as decided by the Advisory Body.

  • Under Common Control means possession, directly or indirectly, of power to direct or cause the direction of management or policies (whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise); provided, however, that in any event any Person which beneficially owns, directly or indirectly, 10% or more (in number of votes) of the securities having ordinary voting power for the election of directors of a corporation shall be conclusively presumed to control such corporation.

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • Adjusted Pool Amount (PO Portion) With respect to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the sum of the amounts, calculated as follows, with respect to all Outstanding Mortgage Loans of such Loan Group: the product of (i) the PO Percentage for each such Mortgage Loan and (ii) the remainder of (A) the Cut-off Date Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan minus (B) the sum of (x) all amounts in respect of principal received in respect of such Mortgage Loan (including, without limitation, amounts received as Monthly Payments, Periodic Advances, Principal Prepayments, Liquidation Proceeds and Substitution Adjustment Amounts) and distributed to Holders of the Certificates of the Related Group on such Distribution Date and all prior Distribution Dates and (y) the principal portion of any Realized Loss (other than a Debt Service Reduction) incurred on such Mortgage Loan from the Cut-off Date through the end of the month preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Unreturned Capital means, with respect to any Unit, at any time, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate amount of Capital Contributions made with respect to such Unit, over (ii) the aggregate amount of Distributions made by the Company with respect to such Unit pursuant to Section 4.01(a)(ii) prior to such time.

  • OP Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(c) hereof.

  • Portfolio Adjusted Yield means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the average of the percentages obtained for each of the three preceding Monthly Periods by subtracting the Base Rate for such Monthly Period from the Portfolio Yield for such Monthly Period.
