Tower Company definition

Tower Company means a company or other entity whose principal activity relates to Towers Assets and substantially all of whose assets are Towers Assets.
Tower Company a corporation or any other entity engaged primarily ------------- in the business of owning, managing, leasing and/or operating towers and leasing space thereon to tenants.

  • Carrier desires to lease space on the facilities from Tower Company when the towers or structures are completed.

  • Tower Company shall be responsible for the replacement of bulbs and for the repair of the tower lighting system.


More Definitions of Tower Company

Tower Company understands and agrees that a default by Carrier under the terms of any SLA shall constitute an event of default under that SLA but shall not constitute a default under any other SLAs and that Tower Company shall have the right but not the obligation to those remedies afforded to Tower Company at law or in equity and by Section 4.20 for each applicable SKA, on a site by site basis, which is subject to this Master Lease. The forbearance of Tower Company to exercise any remedies available to Tower Company shall not constitute a wavier of the ability of Tower Company to exercise those remedies for the same or subsequent defaults.
Tower Company means a company that either owns or operates shared wireless infrastructure and is not a wireless service provider.
Tower Company means SBA Towers, Inc., a Florida corporation.
