Tower Units definition

Tower Units means the condominium units at the Tower Construction Projects, whether completed or under construction, held by Project owner for sale in the ordinary course of business, and in which the rights of ownership and occupancy are to be sold.
Tower Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
