Town Property definition

Town Property means all information, records or materials, regardless of form, and including, but not limited to, any copyright, patent, industrial design process or trademark, acquired or produced under this Agreement by the Consultant, or provided by the Town for use by the Consultant;

Town Property means land or other property in which the Town of San Anselmo holds a present right of possession and control, plus all public rights of way, regardless of ownership.

Town Property means the land in Canton, Massachusetts identified (1) as Lot 1 on the plan filed with the Norfolk county registry district of the land court as plan no. 23714-A, and (2) as being owned by “Roger Williams Jr. et al.” and as set forth in a grant by Elijah Bailey to the Neponset Company, dated November 19, 1832 and recorded at the Norfolk county registry of deeds in Book 97, Page 240, together with all improvements thereto, including but not limited to and any land and other property rights, including but not limited to a right to flow, acquired by the town of Canton from time to time by any means, including but not limited to by adverse possession or prescription arising from the presence or use of water being located at such land.

More Definitions of Town Property

Town Property means any real property owned or controlled by the Town, and includes, but is not limited to, Town Hall, Old Pelham Town Hall, the Meridian Community Centre, Fire Stations, Municipal Pool, Operations Centre, all local parks and playgrounds, but excludes properties and businesses operating in partnership with the Town.

Town Property means all properties, facilities or objects currently or in the future owned or operated by the Town within the present and/or future corporate limits of the Town.

Town Property means and includes all real property owned by the Town, including all property held in a proprietary capacity by the Town.

Town Property means property owned by or under the control of the Town of Tecumseh or any of its agencies, boards or commissions, including highways, boulevards and road allowances, and shall be deemed to include public utilities facilities, regardless of whether the poles are owned by or under the control of the Town and shall also be deemed to include, buses, bus shelters, benches, municipal garbage containers or other structures, located on a highway regardless of whether the shelters, containers or structures are owned by the Town. Property owned by the Town and leased to another person or entity shall not be deemed to be public property;

Town Property means item, services or resources which are the property of the Town including but not limited to: materials, equipment, vehicles, facilities, technology, Town-developed computer programs of technological innovations, databases, intellectual property, Town- owned images, logos, and supplies.

Town Property means any real property owned by the Town of Normal, including, but not limited to, street right-of-way areas, parks and outdoor recreational facilities, Constitution Trail right-of-way areas, detention basins, and other Town municipal properties.
