The Consultant shall unconditionally deliver any and all Town Property to the Town within 60 (sixty) days of the expiry or termination of this Agreement.
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Licensee shall not erect, cause to be erected, or permit the erection of any sign, advertising object, or illustration upon the Encroachment placed or located on the Town Property pursuant to this Agreement and shall promptly remove any such sign or advertising.
Control over all Town Property rests solely with the Board of Trustees.
Nothing herein shall be used to determine the way in which the Town will chose to operate, maintain, or use the Town Property as a result of the Project, including the improvements as a result of the Project.
However, no certificate of occupancy will be issued for any portion of the Mill Town Property until the Combined Roadway Project is completed and accepted by the City and/or ADOT.
