Prior to check-in and gaining access to the Rental Property, guest will provide Owner with a signed damage agreement containing Guest credit card information authorizing owner to hold additional funds for the purpose of covering any damage and or ancillary charges resulting from guests term of stay.
If a Guest or any member of the Rental Party remains on the Property beyond the Departure Date, Guest will be responsible to pay the rental rate prescribed in Section 8 below for the period of time between Departure Date and the actual date Guest and all members of the Rental Property vacate the Property.
Tenant shall complete the Inventory Checklist Condition of Rental Property, which is attached hereto as Schedule “A”, noting any defects and damages to the Premises, and deliver same to Landlord within 48 hours after the commencement date of this Lease.
All properties managed by Manager will, at all times, be kept up to all Rental Property Codes (Local, State & National Codes).
The required information shall usually include, but is not limited to, (i) the full name, address and tax identification number of the legal entity associated with the Participating Rental Property and (ii) the personal details of a representative of the entity including the full name, social security number, address, email and phone number.
