TPA Fees definition

TPA Fees means all fees payable by Company to the third party administrator under the agreement set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Defendants will not oppose an application by Class Counsel for an award of costs, TPA Fees, and up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the Maximum Settlement Fund (or, $120,000) as payment for attorneys’ fees.
