Travelport will retain, for 60 days after the end of each month, data showing the MIPS used by each TPF Complex System during that month, as recorded by Travelport at one minute intervals.
SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.
Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.
Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.
Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.
interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;
XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).
generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;
Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.
MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.
Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.
Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.
Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.
Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);
Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.
Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.
PV System means a residentially hosted roof-top solar electric generating system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring systems, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices.
Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.
Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
Utility system means a water system, solid waste
Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:
Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
Combined sewer system means a system for conveying both sanitary sewage and storm water runoff.
Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.
