The TPG Partner Holdings Equity Grant will vest in equal annual installments on the first six anniversaries of the date of grant and will otherwise have the terms and conditions set forth in the TPG Partner Holdings LPA and applicable grant documentation provided to you (but, for the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any inconsistency between any such grant documentation and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern and prevail).
