  • PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.

  • Citigroup Trust means each of Citigroup Capital III, Citigroup Capital XIII and Citigroup Capital XVIII, each a Delaware statutory trust, or any other similar trust created for the purpose of issuing preferred securities in connection with the issuances of junior subordinated notes under the junior subordinated debt indentures or the junior junior subordinated debt indenture.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • Liquidating Trust Agreement means the agreement, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A, establishing the Liquidating Trust in conformity with the provisions of the Plan, which shall be approved in the Confirmation Order and entered into by the Debtors, on behalf of the beneficiaries, and the Liquidating Trustee on the Confirmation Date pursuant to the terms of the Plan.

  • Income trust means a trust that is not a unitrust.
