  • To qualify as a TPP Authorized Recipient to receive TPP Abatement Distributions from the TPP Trust, each TPP Claimant must: a.

  • The trustee of the TPP Trust (the “Trustee”) will be selected in accordance with the Plan in advance of the Effective Date by the Third-Party Payor Group with the consent of the Debtors (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or denied).
