Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.

S&P CDO Monitor The dynamic, analytical computer model developed by S&P and used to calculate the default frequency in terms of the amount of debt assumed to default as a percentage of the original principal amount of the Collateral Obligations consistent with a specified benchmark rating level based upon certain assumptions (including the applicable S&P Minimum Weighted Average Recovery Rate) and S&P’s proprietary corporate default studies, as may be amended by S&P from time to time upon notice to the Issuer, the Trustee, the Collateral Manager and the Collateral Administrator. Each S&P CDO Monitor will be chosen by the Collateral Manager (with notice to the Collateral Administrator) and associated with either (x) an S&P Minimum Weighted Average Recovery Rate and an S&P Minimum Weighted Average Floating Spread from Section 2 of Schedule 4 or (y) an S&P Minimum Weighted Average Recovery Rate and an S&P Minimum Weighted Average Floating Spread confirmed by S&P, provided that as of any date of determination the Weighted Average S&P Recovery Rate for the Highest Ranking Class equals or exceeds the S&P Minimum Weighted Average Recovery Rate for such Class chosen by the Collateral Manager and the Weighted Average Floating Spread equals or exceeds the S&P Minimum Weighted Average Floating Spread chosen by the Collateral Manager. HUC 14 or "hydrologic unit code 14" means an area within which water drains to a particular receiving surface water body, also known as a subwatershed, which is identified by a 14-digit hydrologic unit boundary designation, delineated within New Jersey by the United States Geological Survey.
CDDP means "Community Developmental Disabilities Program".
Front fog lamp means the lamp used to improve the illumination of the road in case of fog, snowfall, rainstorms or dust clouds;
NP 11-202 means National Policy 11-202 – Process for Prospectus Reviews in Multiple Jurisdictions;
MI 61-101 means Multilateral Instrument 61-101 – Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions;
Radiologic technologist, limited means an individual, other than a licensed radiologic technologist,
Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.
Soft drinks means nonalcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. "Soft drinks" does not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or that contains greater than fifty per cent vegetable or fruit juice by volume.
