Trade Advances definition

Trade Advances means any advances which represent charges to a Subsidiary for (w) PESCO's insurance program, (x) allocation of overhead, (y) services rendered for the benefit of such Subsidiary (including, without limitation, those rendered by financial, legal or engineering professionals), or (z) assets purchased by such Subsidiary in the ordinary course of its business.
