Trade Channels definition

Trade Channels means direct sales and direct marketing channels, i.e., multi-level marketing and door-to-door sales.
Trade Channels means wholesalers, jobbers, independent sales representatives, direct mail, telemarketing, catalog sales, retail chains and independent retailers where software is sold; "School Channels" mean any and all private schools, public schools, religious schools, school districts, school boards, and state or local departments of education, including any educational use by handicapped and/or disabled students, community centers, neighbor- hood houses, hospitals or other health institutions, after school programs, libraries, juvenile houses or halls, camps or camping organizations, direct mail to school, and catalog excluding without limitation the following which shall be exclusively reserved for Scholastic and Scholastic Affiliates: all United States Department of Defense, U.S. Embassy dependent schools and programs, American

Examples of Trade Channels in a sentence

  • In each Contract Year of the Term, Licensee at its own expense shall engage in commercially reasonable levels of marketing initiatives for promotion of the Licensed Goods and Services to end-consumers in the Specified Trade Channels at a level that is similar to similarly situated companies (revenue, trade channels, etc.) in the specialty retail apparel industry.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Integrity hereby grants to ISATORI, and ISATORI hereby accepts, a limited exclusive right and license under the Integrity Patents to make, use, distribute, sell and offer for sale Product in the Approved Territory through Authorized Trade Channels.

  • Except for sales of Licensed Products FOB a location outside the Territory solely for resale within Licensed Trade Channels in the Territory, the license granted in this Agreement extends only to Licensed Trade Channels in the Territory.
