In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between the terms and conditions of the Trade Confirmation and the Purchase Confirmation, the terms of the Purchase Confirmation shall control.
Neither this Agreement nor the related Trade Confirmation or Purchase Confirmation shall be modified, amended or in any way altered except by an instrument in writing signed by both parties.
