Trade Confirmation definition

Trade Confirmation means a confirmation to the Custodian from the Company of the Company’s acquisition of a Loan, and setting forth applicable information with respect to such Loan, which confirmation may be in the form of Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof, subject to such changes or additions as may be agreed to by, or in such other form as may be agreed to by, the Custodian and the Company from time to time.

Trade Confirmation means a notification from the Company’s trading platform to the Client, confirming the Client’s entry into a Transaction.

Trade Confirmation means a notification from the Company’s trading platform to the Client confirming the Client’s entry into a Contract.

Examples of Trade Confirmation in a sentence

• In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between the terms and conditions of the Trade Confirmation and the Purchase Confirmation, the terms of the Purchase Confirmation shall control.

• Neither this Agreement nor the related Trade Confirmation or Purchase Confirmation shall be modified, amended or in any way altered except by an instrument in writing signed by both parties.

• This Agreement and the related Trade Confirmation and Purchase Confirmation constitute the entire understanding between the parties hereto with respect to each Mortgage Loan Package and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications regarding same.

• The Exhibits to this Agreement and each Trade Confirmation and Purchase Confirmation executed by Countrywide and the Purchaser are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof and are an integral part of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Trade Confirmation

Trade Confirmation. A letter agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto executed by Countrywide and the Purchaser prior to the applicable Closing Date confirming the terms of a prospective purchase and sale of a Mortgage Loan Package.

Trade Confirmation. With respect to any Mortgage Loan Package purchased and sold on any Closing Date, the letter agreement between the Purchaser and the Company (including any exhibits, schedules and attachments thereto) setting forth the terms and conditions of such transaction and describing the Mortgage Loans to be purchased by the Purchaser on such Closing Date. A Trade Confirmation may relate to more than one Mortgage Loan Package to be purchased on one or more Closing Dates hereunder.
