Trade Confirmations definition

Trade Confirmations means the electronic confirmation of a Trade sent to you electronically in terms of clause 20.1 via the Trading Platform once we accept your Order and execute your Trade, containing the unique ticket number, date and time of the Trade, type of Trade, volume (quantity) of the underlying reference asset traded, the applicable prices at which the Trade was submitted and any other information deemed necessary from time to time;

Examples of Trade Confirmations in a sentence

  • Trade Confirmations will be sent prior to the close of the back office on the Business Day following the day on which the Order is executed or if the confirmation is received from a third party, no later than the first business day following receipt of the confirmation.

  • Trade Confirmations will normally be available instantly following the execution of the transaction through the Trading Platform.

  • Details of any such remuneration or sharing arrangement will not be set out on the relevant Trade Confirmations.

  • The Company shall be entitled to demand that expenses arising from client relationship such as telephone, fax, courier, and postal expenses in cases where the Client requests hardcopy Account Statements, Trade Confirmations etc.

  • By accepting the Terms, the Client agrees not to receive any Trade Confirmations or Account Detailed Reports in printed form from the Company other than upon specific request.

  • The Client consents to receive Trade Confirmations by electronic means including, for example, through any Online Service.

  • Trade Confirmations will normally be available instantly following the execution of the Transaction.

  • Information on Order(s) status, Private Investor Account status, Trade Confirmations and messaging facility between the Parties will be sent to the Private Investor either in electronic form by e-mail to the email address which the Company will have on record and/or provided via its internal mail system of the Company Online Trading System.

  • In the absence of manifest error, Trade Confirmations shall be deemed conclusive unless the Client notifies the Company in writing to the contrary within two (2) Business Days following the Day of receipt of the said Trade Confirmation.
