Trade Confirmation means a confirmation to the Custodian from the Company of the Company’s acquisition of a Loan, and setting forth applicable information with respect to such Loan, which confirmation may be in the form of Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof, subject to such changes or additions as may be agreed to by, or in such other form as may be agreed to by, the Custodian and the Company from time to time.
Transaction Confirmation means a document, similar to the form of Exhibit A, setting forth the terms of a transaction formed pursuant to Section 1 for a particular Delivery Period.
Booking Confirmation means the written confirmation issued to You by the Company confirming the hire period, price, place of delivery and other key particulars of the booking.
Order Confirmation All TIPS Member Agreement orders are approved daily by TIPS and sent to vendor. The Vendor should confirm receipt of orders to the TIPS Member (customer) within 3 business days. • Vendor custom website for TIPS: If Vendor is hosting a custom TIPS website, updated pricing when effective. TIPS shall be notified when prices change in accordance with the award.
Trade Control Laws has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19(a).
Trade Controls has the meaning specified in Section 4.25(a).
Tax Confirmation means a confirmation by a Lender that the person beneficially entitled to interest payable to that Lender in respect of an advance under a Loan Document is either:
Purchase Confirmation A letter agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, executed by Countrywide and the Purchaser in connection with the purchase and sale of each Mortgage Loan Package, which sets forth the terms relating thereto including a description of the related Mortgage Loans (including the Mortgage Loan Schedule), the purchase price for such Mortgage Loans, the Closing Date and the Servicing Fee Rate.
Rating Confirmation means evidence that no Senior Bond rating in effect from a Rating Agency will be withdrawn or reduced solely as a result of an action to be taken under the Indenture.
Procurement means the purchasing, buying, renting, leasing, or otherwise obtaining of any supplies, services, or construction. It includes all functions that pertain to the procurement of any supply, service, or construction item, including description of requirements, selection and solicitation of sources, preparation and award of contract, and all phases of contract administration;
Ratings Confirmation means, with respect to any action proposed to be taken, a written confirmation from each of the Rating Agencies that such action would not result in (i) a reduction of the rating for any Class of Certificates below the then current rating for such Class of Certificates or (ii) a withdrawal or suspension of the rating of any Class of Certificates.
Federal Trade Commission Act means the Federal Trade Commission Act of 1914.
Confirmation means the entry of the Confirmation Order on the docket of the Chapter 11 Cases.
Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice CenturyLink provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by CenturyLink for the Provisioning of the service requested.
Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);
Non-responsive Bid means a bid, which is not submitted as per the instructions to the bidders or Earnest Money Deposit has not been attached, or the required data has not been provided with the Bid or intentional errors have been committed in the Bid.
Risk Disclosure Statement means the document setting out general information in respect of the risks associated with utilising our financial products;
Trade waste means any solid, liquid, or gaseous waste material or rubbish resulting from construction, land clearing for construction or development, building operations, or the prosecution of any business, trade, or industry including, but not necessarily limited to, plastic products, cartons, paint, grease, oil and other petroleum products, chemicals or cinders.
Contract Letter means the letter identifying those documents which form the Contract.
Master Forward Confirmation means the Master Confirmation for Issuer Share Forward Sale Transactions, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company, the Operating Partnership and the Forward Purchaser, including all provisions incorporated by reference therein.
Procurement Regulations means, for purposes of paragraph 85 of the Appendix to the General Conditions, the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020.
UK Tax Confirmation means a confirmation by a Lender that the person beneficially entitled to interest payable to that Lender in respect of an advance under a Loan Document is either:
Medicaid Certification means a certification by a state agency or other entity responsible for certifying Medicaid providers and suppliers that a health care provider or supplier is in compliance with all the conditions of participation set forth in the Medicaid Regulations.
Responsive bidder means a person who has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects
Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.
Certification Practice Statement means a statement issued by a Certifying Authority to specify the practices that the Certifying Authority employs in issuing Digital Signature Certificates;
