Trade Creditor definition

Trade Creditor means each trade creditor or vendor who (a) is continuing or (b) may enter into an agreement with the Debtors, to have an ongoing business relationship with the Debtors as of and after the Effective Date and is not a party to an executory contract or unexpired lease.
Trade Creditor means a vendor, supplier or other trade creditor of the Debtor.
Trade Creditor means an entity that provided raw materials, goods, inventory or services to a Seller on credit terms, other than pursuant to the type of agreement described in Section 365(c)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code.
