Trade Details definition

Trade Details means the specific third party, the department at the specific third party, the purchase/settlement date, the purchase or sale price, and in connection with a repurchase, reverse repurchase, buy/sell back or sell/buy back Clearing Transaction as described in Section 2 of this Supplement, the purchased securities, the pricing rate and the repurchase date.
Trade Details means the agreed-upon terms of trade, including, without limitation, the Trade Date, the Borrower, the Credit Agreement, the Facility, the Purchase Amount of the Debt and the Purchase Rate.8 6.B Settlement Platform Requirements.
Trade Details means (i) the nature of the Transaction (i.e., whether the Transaction is a FX Purchase Transaction or a FX Sale Transaction), (ii) the Base Currency Amount, (iii) the Contra Currency Amount, (iv) the Trade Date and Value Date of the FX Transaction, and if Forward Outright or Swap (v) the forward points, if any, and (vi) any other necessary information to unambiguously define a Transaction.
