Trade Effluent Services definition

Trade Effluent Services means the means the reception, treatment and disposal of Trade Effluent pursuant to this Agreement and the Act; and

  • As such, this Appendix is not intended to be a substitute for CSD 0205 (Invoice Period Charge Calculation, Allocation and Aggregation) or CSD 0207 (RF Charge Calculation, Allocation and Aggregation) which define how the CMA calculate Primary Charges for Water, Foul Sewerage and Trade Effluent Services.

  • It covers the information submissions that the CMA requires in relation to: commencement, modification and discontinuation of Trade Effluent Services (including as a result of a New Connection) and the maintenance of Trade Effluent data.

  • JEA and bargaining unit members shall receive training to ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities in implementing this article.

Related to Trade Effluent Services

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Outpatient services means those services rendered in a practitioner’s office or in the department of an approved facility where services are rendered to persons who have not had an overnight stay and are not charged for room and board.

  • Merchant Services means services provided to merchants relating to the authorization, transaction capture, settlement, chargeback handling and internet-based transaction processing of credit, debit, stored-value and loyalty card and other payment transactions (including provision of point of service devices and other equipment necessary to capture merchant transactions and other ancillary services).

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Standard fertility preservation services means procedure based upon current evidence-based standards of care established by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Society for Clinical Oncology, or other national medical associations that follow current evidence-based standards of care.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.
