Trade Instruction definition

Trade Instruction or "Trade Instructions" means trade instruction(s) for trading in Securities listed on 4AX pursuant to a Client Mandate and communicated or conveyed to A-Trade in accordance with the Client Mandate;
Trade Instruction means any instruction that you transmit to the Electronic Services from time to time to enter into a Transaction.
Trade Instruction has the meaning set out in Part A of Schedule 2.

  • We will not be responsible for any delay in processing your Trade Instruction whilst you provide further information necessary to show us that you meet the further conditions of investment.

  • However, we will not assess whether that Trade Instruction is appropriate to your needs and circumstances nor will we assess suitability.

  • We will require details of this Instruction or Trade Instruction each time a one-off contribution or Cash Transfer is made, or there is a change in the level of regular contributions.

  • It is also possible to change the Instruction or Trade Instruction for future regular contributions at any time.

  • In these circumstances, we will normally process the Trade Instruction on the first Business Day after the end of the period of delay.

  • If necessary, we may delay processing a Trade Instruction due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Voting Instructions means the instructions for voting on the Plan contained in the section of the Disclosure Statement entitled "SOLICITATION; VOTING PROCEDURES" and in the Ballots and the Master Ballots.
