Trade Instruction definition

Trade Instruction or "Trade Instructions" means trade instruction(s) for trading in Securities listed on 4AX pursuant to a Client Mandate and communicated or conveyed to A-Trade in accordance with the Client Mandate;
Trade Instruction has the meaning set out in Part A of Schedule 2.
Trade Instruction means any instruction that you transmit to the Electronic Services from time to time to enter into a Transaction.

  • The day on which a Trade Instruction is executed by the Trust pursuant to the provisions set forth above is referred to herein as the “Effective Trade Date”.

  • You are solely responsible for accurately entering any Order or Spot Trade Instruction, including but not limited to all the necessary information in order to enable us to carry out any Order or Spot Trade Instruction.

  • Prices are subject to constant change and whilst ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ seeks to provide Prices that are up to date, circumstances may arise where Prices provided are invalid by the time that a Trade Instruction is received by Binance in relation to that Price.

  • Binance may reject a Trade Instruction for any reason and nothing in this Agreement or the Terms of Use (or otherwise) obliges Binance to enter into any OTC Transaction with you in response to a Trade Instruction.
