Trade-mark rights definition

Trade-mark rights means any and all rights to, or to the use of the trade-names “Little Pete” or “Pederson” and any derivative thereof, together with all of the business and good-will attached thereto, acquired by the defendant as a result of or in connection with its acquisition on January 2, 1968 of the Pederson processing plant;

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade ▇▇▇▇ applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Trademark Rights means all common law and other rights (but in no event any of the obligations) in and to the Trademarks in the United States and any state thereof and in foreign countries.

  • trade mark means a mark capable of being represented graphically and which is capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one person from those of others and may include shape of goods, their packaging and combination of colours; and—

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) (11/18) means any patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, service marks, trademarks, trade dress, moral rights, know-how and any other similar rights or intangible assets to which rights of ownership accrue, and all registrations, applications, disclosures, renewals, extensions, continuations, or reissues of the foregoing now or hereafter in force. “Key Personnel” (11/18) means the specific individuals identified in Section 3.11 to fill Key Positions.
