TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS definition

TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.6.
TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS means all contracts and agreements (excluding program contracts) pursuant to which MMP has sold, traded or bartered commercial air time on the Stations in consideration for any property or services in lieu of or in addition to cash.
TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1 (f).
