Trade Pass definition

Trade Pass means a ticket for the Trader to enter the Venue for the Event to conduct the Trade Stand. “Trade Stand’ means the trade stand to be run by the Trader from the Trade Bay Booking Agreement. “Trader” Means the company or person listed on the first page of the Trade Bay Booking Agreement.

  • Sub-Processors mean any Affiliate, agent or assignee of Company that may process Personal Data pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, and any unaffiliated processor engaged by Company.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Procurement organization means an eye bank, organ procurement organization, or tissue bank.

  • Consumer Contract means an agreement between the Retailer and the Consumer that includes the supply of electricity and distribution services;
