Trade Payable Agreements definition

Trade Payable Agreements means collectively, (a) the GMAC Trade Payables Agreement, (b) the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trade Payables Agreement, and (c) any other agreement between any Borrower or Guarantor and a financial institution or other Person pursuant to which such Person, agrees to purchase accounts payable owing by such Borrower or Guarantor to suppliers, arising from such Borrower’s or Guarantor’s purchase of merchandise from suppliers for resale in its retail stores and commercial outlets.
